If return is within 30-days and is because of our error, or defective parts, there is no restocking charge. Otherwise, there is a restock charge of 15% or $15.00, whichever is the greater. No returns after 90-days. Preferred Airparts reserves the right to replace any unsatisfactory parts. Parts returned without a Return Authorization Number are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
